一、征文范围

第十三届全国环境化学大会设立学术分会场，各学术分会征文范围见“会议议题”。

二、提交摘要

登录大会官方网站（https://www.ncec2025.com），点击“摘要提交”按钮，首次登录系统的参会人员，请在投稿前填写个人信息注册系统用户。

本次大会只接收网上投稿的论文，不接受E-mail和纸质形式投稿，请作者自留底稿，文责自负。

三、学生奖励

会议设立优秀研究生报告奖、优秀墙报奖等。

四、投稿截稿日期：

投稿开放日期：2025年7月4日

投稿截稿日期：2025年9月30日

五、稿件内容规范：

摘要内容包括题目、作者姓名、单位、通讯作者的电子邮箱、正文、不含图表，可包含参考文献。

1.题目要求简洁清晰；

2.摘要正文为报告人拟在大会上交流展示的内容，限300-600中文及英文字符；

3.关键词限3-5个；

4.可提供5篇以内的参考文献（非必需），是本论文（摘要）报告人或课题组的相关论文，以便其他参会代表全面了解相关工作。中文参考文献排序为：作者姓名、论文题目、杂志中文全称、出版年份（阿拉伯数字）、卷（期）号（阿拉伯数字）、起始页码（阿拉伯数字）；英文排序为作者姓名、论文题目、期刊名称（国际通用缩写、斜体）、出版年份（阿拉伯数字）、卷（期）号（阿拉伯数字）、起始页码（阿拉伯数字）

六、投稿注意事项：

1.口头报告投稿结束后由分会审定，请投稿者届时查阅网站信息，自行准备PPT。

2.投稿墙报审定后请自行打印，按墙报说明（后续网站公布）张贴，文责自负。

I. Scope of Contributions

The 13^th National Conference on Environmental Chemistry will establish academic sessions. The scope of contributions for each academic session can be found under “Conference Topics”.

II. Abstract Submission

Log in to the official conference website (https://www.ncec2025.com), and click the “Abstract Submission” button. First-time users of the system must register by filling in their personal information before submitting an abstract.

This conference only accepts papers submitted online. Submissions via email or in hard copy are not accepted. Authors are advised to keep copies of their submissions. Authors are solely responsible for the content.

III. Student Awards

The conference will establish awards such as Outstanding Oral Presentation Awards for Graduate Students and Outstanding Poster Awards.

IV. Abstract Submission Deadlines:

Submission Opens: July 4, 2025

Submission Closes: September 30, 2025

V. Abstract Content Specifications:

Abstracts must include: Title, Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s), Corresponding Author's Email Address, Text Body (without figures or tables), and optionally References.

Title: Should be concise and clear.

Abstract Body: Content to be presented at the conference. Limited to 300-600 characters (including both Chinese and English characters).

Keywords: Limited to 3-5 keywords.

References (Optional, up to 5): Relevant papers published by the presenter(s) or their research group, to help other attendees better understand the related work.

For Chinese References: Author Name(s), Paper Title, Full Journal Name (in Chinese), Year (Arabic numerals), Volume(Issue) (Arabic numerals), Starting Page (Arabic numerals).

For English References: Author Name(s), Paper Title, Journal Name (Standard Abbreviation, Italicized), Year (Arabic numerals), Volume(Issue) (Arabic numerals), Starting Page (Arabic numerals).

VI. Notes on Submission  

1. Oral Presentations: After submission, presentations will be subject to approval by the sub-forum. Presenters should check the website for updates and prepare their own PowerPoint presentations accordingly.  

2. Poster Presentations: Once approved, authors are required to print their posters independently and display them according to the poster guidelines (to be announced later on the website). Authors are solely responsible for the content of their posters.
